  1. The mark at 30 is light reflection, because is is not visible in the other pics. The mark between 15 and 20 is probably a smudge, but I would ask if I were you.

But I'm surprised you marked those tiny things, because the SEL fitment is horrible and there is a huge gap on the clasp. That's probably because it is not closing well enough. Date is aligned left, but that is a common Noob thing...

  2. Here's a great thread over on RWI in which a member is showing side by side pics of his gen parts compared to the new V2. He lays the insert on top of the gen insert and you cannot see any difference. He said the only difference is in the right lighting at the right angle, the gen turns a sort of brownish hue. but my gosh, you cannot tell the difference at all in most lighting situations. He said, and his pics prove, that it is that freaking good. Seriously. The dial and bezel insert are fan-freeking-tastic.

the hour hand still looks a bit fat to me..
  3. I still regret selling it to you :(

The reason I sold it was because I saw the gen at an AD and compared it. Then I noticed the obvious flaws (for me). That was the crown and the shape of the 12 o'clock marker. The rep is too skinny in therms of width compared to gen.

I added some lines to your pic to show what I mean. Although both dials are both displayed in a slightly different angle, you get the point...

  4. Guys the problem is, and it is not a widely know fact, that 80% of all sales are first time buyers.

The problem is not noobs as such but a new class of noobs, those that really do not care about anything but getting what they want.

Hmmm... I don't understand why paypal bothers about rep goods. I mean, they make money when someone is using paypal. If were to own paypal, I wouldn't give a rat's *ss is some one was buying rep goods, cocaine or whatever. It's a business, it's all about making money. So why bother?

  5. You new School kids ;)
