I sent my watch to misiekeped and want to report on the experience. My Yachtmaster had a problem with the dial and it needed an expert watch maker's touch to set it straight. After posting on the forum, I received a PM from misiekeped who mentioned that he could take care of the issue for me. We agreed on price (which was very fair) and I sent the watch to him. He was a man of his word, he completed the repairs within a day or two and sent the watch back to me within the week. Overall, I couldn't be happier. It is great to see that we have trustworthy and dedicated members as a part of this forum. For anyone looking to get his or her watch repaired, I highly recommend misiekeped.

Hi Folks, My BK YM has developed a serious defect. One of the hour indicators has come off. See picture. Any suggestions on who can fix? Love this watch and would hate to see it disposed. Thanks JD

I second Le Bernadin. Expect to pay min $350 per head. For us with wine and drinks, it was around $700 per head. Experience was truly spectacular. For a special occasion, it was well worth it.

What about the PP Nautilus. From pictures, it is indistinguishable from the original. Baring the date wheel of course. Is there a mod of this? With regards to BK YM - Are you able to walk into a Rolex Store and not get any second looks with it?

Apologies if this topic is beaten to death, but I would like to revive this discussion every few months as I'm sure there are new reps being released and old reps being upgraded. With respects to scoring the reps, I propose a scoring system like this: Visual Accuracy: (0-10 Scale) + Description of defects Functional Accuracy: (0 - 10 Scale) + Description of defects Emotional + Value Quotient (How does it feel?, Is it good value?): (0 - 5 Scale) Total Score: X/25 Let me know your thoughts, also would love to hear your views on the best reps!
