I called a Franck Muller AD to purchase a 16mm stainless tang buckle (not white gold mind you), after I picked myself up off the floor and made sure I was still breathing, I asked to make sure he quoted me the right price. He said that was correct and I said that is insane. The price... $ 180.00

I called a local FM AD yesterday and asked about getting a Rubber strap for a Conqusitador. I was told I would have to bring my watch in, that they could not just get me a strap. She also said the strap cost was between $250 and $500 I'm going to see if I can find one on Timezone. I just don't want to get an orginal strap that won't fit. I guess I could sell it if that happens.

@yelloman You can not go wrong putting a quality strap on a good rep!

If the rep is 19mm at the lugs, is the orginal not the same or is there some other hole placement issues that would cause them not to fit??? I would hate to spend $100 to find out the strap does not fit.

I just purchased a FM Conquistador from Joshua (2892-A2 version), does anyone know if the orginal rubber strap would fit this rep? I think the quality of the strap really makes a good rep great. Thanks!

Just received a new TOG and the mag is not centered and a bit crooked. The date also sits too low in the date window (see picture). Can these things be fixed and who here can do that??? Also the 9:00 lume dot is not centered, I guess that is a NO fix. What can I expect for 5% of the retail.

I was #5 on the list to receive the special RWG watch and it never came. I must admit that GRAN did email me in December of 2005 for my mailing information to give to BLADE. I truly beleive GRAN started a great thing and BLADE took it over and GRAN is now left holding the bag since BLADE went AWOL. I donated half the watch money to this forum and the other half was returned to me and I want to say that was a GREAT thing this new board did to make peace with all (even though they did not have to do that). I say, cut GRAN a break and lets move on!

Glad to be on the new board! Hopefully it will have all the things we loved about the old board and none of the bad!
