Well, I got an email from Eddie, and he told me that it will be the shitty datefont. I'm not happy about this, since I bought the watch based on the early photos. That said, I don't feel good about cancelling my order, so perhaps one of finepics' datewheels will work on the 7750 b1?

I got nailed on a watch on eprey, but filed a claim with my CC company I got my dough back. The person also scammed another ebayer that I corresponded with... Be careful out there...

I would go 111, but G. I'm not a fan of the Sandwich dials on the Luminors. They look great on the Rads, though. So, out of your picks, do the 111. It's so satisfying to look at the innerworkings through the display back...

Well, now that just plain sucks. The crappy date font simply bugs the crap out of me. HOPEFULLY you are incorrect! Puh-Lease!!! Call me a Sally, but it's one of the things I cannot get over.

I think they BOTH look great. I hope my new 187 has the date font that yours has! It is VERY close to the Genuine...

Hopefully it comes with the date font from the first set of photos. That's one of the features that sold me on the watch. Not too crazy the font in the latest photos...

Well, well, well... The PAW lives. Check out TRC for an updated post. I asked Deluze to post here and the other boards as well. Perhaps the next caretaker will be wearing the watch within the week! Guys, I'm not trying to [censored] about the turnaround here since life can get in the way of this hobby, but let's keep it on the gas! Preferably a 1 week turnaround if possible!!! Here's to MOMENTUM!!!!!!

Hey Guys & Gals... I just received a PM from Maverick, and apparently the new caretaker of the PAW, Deluze, has the watch, has taken photos, but has been too busy to post. Understandable, but we really do need to be fastidious about keeping the momentum up... Let's see the watch get around the globe from here on out in RECORD TIME! Even if we don't take Maverick-Level photos (they were pretty damned great), let's get the shots taken and whisk the watch along pronto! Thanks for keeping this thing alive, everyone. Yes, I do know who it went to, but I thought I'd just revive the thread first. My intention is not to create animosity; there have been delays in the passing of the watch in the past, so perhaps just a quick update as to where it is and what's going on with it would be helpful. We all know life can get in the way of this hobby, so as long as it makes it's way back to the board, I think everyone will be entertained!
