@stephane I didnt say he wanted to scam you, your clasp is probably genuine (i can only tell the difference by looking the spring bar) but you know, i just cant believe that rep looks better.

Steve blue dial monaco is awesome but theres no proper rep of that model. If you really like it i suggest save some money and buy the gen.

its all about other factors what makes your watch rep or gen, and sry but average joe is too dumb to waste any time, if any1 asks "hmm nice watch, rolex? real?" i just ignore or say yes...

if you dont want a bad deal inform yourself and/or go buy the real thing, see the thing you are buying in place...theres no guarantee in trust trades, especially in reps....thanks to "closed" community some/most dealers know what they are doing.

new submariner is absolutely beautiful!! Big and chunky is in nowadays. Quality and finish are also much much better, bezel is engraved etc...You cant justice them just by seeing them in stands, you need to try it on your wrist.Im sure they all would look awesome and better than old models on wrist

I would say save your money and buy a 1 gen with in-house movt. or something special you find and use it your lifelong. Like iwc, panerai, patek with in house movt. i personally prefer with open caseback.

Sry for being noob but whats QC mean? What i see from pics, bracelet is aftermarket, sides of the case badly polished, and datewheel looks wrong because i think its an older version.Dial, bezel,insert and crystal looks ok to me.
