Well...speaking of the gen-like usage of a 1675 then the only way to use it right is to set the 24h hand to the same time as the usual hour hand and move the bezel to the timezone you'd like to follow. E.g. I live in Germany and my aunt lives in St. Paul, MN. Since she's living 7 hours back I had to move the triangle half between 3 and 4. If you use the 24h hand "indipendently", which is possible with the rep movements, it's pretty easy to spot that there's a rep on your wrist The 4 digit GMTs all had the GMT hand only as a 24h hand. Well...even the 5 digit had it like this but the 12h hand can be set to a different position, which isn't possible on all 4 digit GMTs.

The GMT hand on the 1675 is a 24h hand (on the gen). You can set the second time zone via turning the bezel

Maybe I can avoid the trouble...since I already planned to sell one I don't wear that often I can tell my missus that I didn't just bought another watch but changed one...it's worth a try But I have to stop this...that's not leading to a good end otherwise

I'd say just stop this and other threads regarding issues with md2020. He's obviously reading these threads and is virtually pissing at your legs...don't give him a laugh every hour. I don't have anything with him but I dealt many times with others that were in the same mood so to say...I used to be a car dealer many years ago... Always the best was to stop every communication, because these people just don't want to communicate...they want to provocate, escalate, laugh at you...they feel powerful the times you get angry at them, they don't think you are willing or even able to harm them in any way. So stop communication in every way, set up some legal action and wait... Most likely you won't get back your property but that's not different from the point you guys are right now. I sometimes got back my property once a lawyer wrote them or the police was in place...at this moment they don't feel powerful or big anymore...they are what they are...small, anxious, poor little manikin and sometimes they realize it...

Some weeks or even month ago there was a discussion about a not sooo expensive (300-400$ if I'm right) Yachtmaster which has been offered by a TD. It's pretty easy to get a new gen LN insert...just go and ask Omega or Alberto they have some once in a while...but...if you're about to buy a TC then I'd say give his LN insert a try. I don't have one myself yet but from what I read from the other guys who already have one it's an amazing insert and seems to be as good as gen

Well...I decided not to chime in my 2c into the other thread and I thought I won't in this one too...but now I feel like I have to... I don't think there is any reason to ban md2020 as long as he stays silent. I cannot see that it is necessary to ban him just to possibly protect new members. The first thing I do before I sent my money and/or watches to someone I don't know in person is to check his feedback, period. At this point everything should be clear for everyone. If someone still decides to get in contact with him or send him anything...well...
