  1. This is a rep for sure...the orange (bezel, pusher) is not even close to gen, the pearl is far off, the hands and the dial are pretty bad...nuff said...
  2. RWG is the place to be...the other boards are just reps
  3. Well...I'd love to see pictures of you trying to make sports in your Noob Sub But if you wanna know if you can make sports with your Noob I'd say I wouldn't try. They're not as reliable as a Swiss made watch is! Sent from my wooden drums using Tupperware
  4. Yesterday I bought a 116509 and right before doing the payment I realized that a sec@9 116509 with racing dial is a fantasy Rolex One man, one word...I payed the watch. To get this watch from fantasy to something existant, I at least need to install a 16520 dial. But where to source one? All I found was that NDTrading has some gen dials...price on request...guess why Any other ideas anyone?? Sent from my wooden drums using Tupperware

  6. ...what about the endlinks?? Same good quality?
  7. öhhmm....what?? I for myself wouldn't trust anyone with an email name like this...dr.cocaine...
  8. Yours looks like a T-39 Superdome. The "wall" on a T-39 service dome is a little higher than the "wall" on a T-39 Superdome http://www.vintagehour.com/de/rolex-tropic-crystals-ii-a-comparison-between-t19-and-t39-references/
  9. I'm not sure...but from that picture above it looks to me as this is an eco drive duo movement. So the power reserve should be up to 5 month...or the watch kept running for longer if the dial was on its "sunny side"...
  10. wow...I'll take two...where is the order thread??
  11. I think I found something... http://www.ttw888.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_13&products_id=8263 it should be possible to remove the "Diamonds" and if not I think she can live with it I know...there aren't roses on the dial but it seems that this one is the best I can get...
  12. Funny thing is that you act and write like Z did...twins??
  13. Checked the Stuhrling but no roses My first thought was exactly a Datejust with floral dial. But all the reped have that ugly "Diamond" bezel
  14. This year I'm going to celebrate my 10th anniversary with the missus. At least in Germany it's called "The roses wedding anniversary". So I planned to buy her some nice jewellery "Rosestyle" like this necklace http://www.amazon.de/Vinani-Anh%C3%A4nger-Schlangenkette-Sterling-ARO42/dp/B004T19WKK/ref=pd_rhf_sc_p_t_1_ZTFA earings (same style), armlet (same style) and an anklet (different style). To round this off I'd like to buy a watch with roses on the dial. Style doesn't matter (not the color...no pink or red at all...she hates it ) if I can get something decent. I so hoped that there is a nice rep around that will cover this style but it seems it isn't. In case I can't find something good but to have at least anything I already bought this watch http://www.sammydress.com/product425429.html ...maybe I can take the rose off of the strap and am able to put it on another watch if I'm not able to source a nice, already "finished" watch. So does any of you guys have an idea??...mechanical would be nice but quartz isn't a show stopper so threw in whatever you have
  15. I do have the rafflestime Jubilee on my 1675. The bracelet itself seems to be well done. It is very comfortable, there is nothing stiff or sharp-edged...very nice to wear. The clasp is totally different...the coronet is far off and the clasp feels very "wiggly"....and...after two weeks on the watch with only 60h or so on the wrist (no water contact since I have some slight problems with the retaining ring) there is rust on the clasp. Not that much by now but I think there shouldn't be any!!
  16. Well...that's a nice variation of "Who has the best sub"...well done
  17. He was on vacation till monday as far as I know. I would say give it one more try Sent from my wooden drums using Tupperware
  18. I have nothing to mention about the dial but I really don't understand your objection
  19. I already pulled the trigger with Angus but maybe won't be able to do my payment. They only take master card payments via ecmcpal.com which is at least a not very trustyful payment service. To be honest...it seems that ecmcpal is a total fraud...lots that lost their money when paying via ecmcpal. So if there isn't another way to do my payment I have to cancel the order Does Trevor use paypal?
  20. many thanks... These are at least two options...but where do I get the cartel/Puretime 93150? Any time I asked Andrew if he's able to source a bracelet only he told me they're out of stock and I should stick to the folded ones he has in stock . From what I have read Naarika too (haven't asked him yet) won't sell bracelets only... Is Angus the "man of the hour"??
  21. Try Domi from http://www.domiontime.com/styled/index.html He's located in Germany (no customs issues) and a very good watchmaker at all
  22. I know I'm a grave digger but I'm currently on the hunt for some really good 93150 rep bracelets and 580 endlinks. I don't care that much for the clasp since I have some good ones to put on but I need some really good bracelets and 580 endlinks. Would be very nice when they'll take gen spec spring bars but isn't necessary... I already tried Ken but the quality isn't what I'd like to have. The yuki bracelet is full solid as far as I know, something I don't like. Won't buy from WSO for the known reasons and again as far as I know Naarika won't sell only parts. So where to source a decent 93150 with 580 endlinks?? Is it really that hard to find some??
  23. I don't know why but looking at this...öhmmm...thing ...makes me smile I'd love to see it when it's finished...for some reasons I cannot call it "watch"
  24. ...two of five are ready ... Sent from my wooden drums using Tupperware
