Jamler, hello friend. Can you tell wether you notice dark patches on the titanium braclet at all and/or a thin greasy substance that leaves constant marks on the crystal?

I thought that, but that was before i'd seen that page you posted, on there iphone app. States that tudor watches are not for sale in united kingdom. After seeing that i doubt wether from a legal point of view that they would get involved, even if they thought it was daft themselves. Not being able to help me. Theres some on ebay like but just to risky, no matter how kosher they look

Out of curiosity, an probably aimed at fellow uk residents, question. Whats the safest way to purchase a tudor gen? Since there not actually available for sale in the united kingdom

Thanks for the replys yeah i hope a good attempt at a pelagos is released myself. Obviously would love to plump for a gen but at the minute not quite on the cards, although i think if i was purchasing a gen it would be a 45.5 planet ocean )). But i could live with a rep pelagos for the time being haha. Watches are beautiful!!!

excuse my ignorance please but am i right in thinking that the 45.5mm blue titanium model i bought from trusty time is not from a noob factory. is there a chance that trusty time will eventually get that model in again but from one of these noob factorys, which im assuming produce a better rep so he would have two options on site. say i'd never been on trusty time before how would i differentiate between a noob factory and an alternative, would it state in the product description?

Andrews not from puretime though is he, he runs trusty time. Unless im mistaken

Thanks khaskayar, really pleased with it! Feel its a good test run for the real thing. I will upload some photographs but at present im only on iphone. However i seen in another thread someone talking about using a mineral soloution or something to that affect to clean bracelets up to look like the real thing. Cant for the life of me find it through the search option though haha

Today ive recieved my Planet Ocean 45mm Titanium Blue Swiss Eta 2824-2. First impressions, very pleased and impressed with my purchase from trusty time, quicker delivery than i expected which was a please t surprised. It just looks so good and feels nice an substantial without feeling bulky. One thing however i have noticed is there seems to be a greasey film on both the titanium strap and case edge in places making it look two different shade and also across the crystal? Is this normal or if not, has anyone experienced this what do they suggest to remedy it both now and in the future?

thanks for the reply khashayar. so would a trusted dealer specify on there website if a watch has been made in a "noob" factory or not, or do certain dealers have exclusivity to watches made in noob factorys? im waiting on this watch you have, cant wait to get it. think im gonna need a third wrist for all these delights available haha

hello guys new to the forums. what is the actuall thickness of the genuine "big face" versions of the planet ocean. ive oredered this model, and the merchant ive purchased from has them down as 17mm.nhow accurately do they try to stick to the thickness, or is it case of because its a dependent on how compact they can make there movements? cheers gav
