  1. Cool, thanks Tribal Vox Tribal Vox Dei...
  2. Is it a gen according to you? http://cgi.ebay.com/Rolex-Submariner-band-...id=p3286.c0.m14 Please help!
  3. The guy is crazy: 1495$ is for each band... I don't know what he smoked. Sorry for the wrong info but I couldn't imagine it was this way
  4. Hello, I have found this on the bay: http://cgi.ebay.com/93250-x1-93150-x2-20mm...id=p3286.c0.m14 I have been looking for a 93150 for a long time and here is a chance to get one. There are two 93150 and one 93250 avaliable. For the moment I have asked for better pics because those show one band and baddly. Bands should be gen and the seller says he will refund if it's not (as they all do...). I am ready to pay everything and then to send them to you. Who is interested?
  5. Hello, about a month ago, I sent back my AP ROO Rubber that stopped without warning as it happened to some of you... I received it back today! But I am 99% sure it's not mine but another one, I can tell it because there is no mark on the rubber strap where the buckle is attached and also because the lume has the good color (mine turned to a bad grey blue with the sun...) The watch turns but what was my surprise seing the tachymeter scale was upside down... I had to unscrew everything to put it correctly, they could have had a look at it before sending it, it shows they don't have much time for those watches or thousands to build I don't know... Anyway, so far so good...
  6. Can you tell if internet works well with that phone 'cause it's supposed to be a 3G... I have an Iphone and I'd like to know if it's worth changing for this phone. Thank you
  7. Angus told me I could send it back for repairing... Cool from him and hope that will work...
  8. That's an epidemic... Who did you buy it from?
  9. After two weeks of good working without any problem and keeping perfect time, I have had the bad surprise when putting on my wrist my AP ROO that it stopped during the night, I gave something like 50 turns to the crown to make it start back but nothing even when shaking it. Is there an easy fix to do? Is the movement that bad??? I have tried to join Angus but maybe he is on holidays. I hope I can send it back to him. Is there a good watch repairer who can service perfectly that watch?
  10. I think I am going to try something: franken my AP ROO rubber putting in it my ETA 2892 with DD module but I need to know how to remove the tube without damaging it... I guess it has to be unscrew, but how??? I have looked with my MBK sec at 12 AP ROO with gen dial and same movement, the sub dials and date are at the same position. I will have to re-drill the case, but I think (I hope) that won't be a big deal: after removing the tube I will put some grey mastic for steel and when it's hard, polish and drill a bit lower to put the tube at correct position... Please help
  11. I contacted a watch maker from the place I live to know if he can service a ETA 2892 with DD module and he told me he could, it's his job by the way... very strange but he didn't told me it's not possible to service it and that the module has to be thrown to the garbage...
  12. I think that's ok, of course if you look very very close with the sun shinning on it, you see that it was made with a marker but the rest of time, everytime, you can't see the difference. This afternoon I have been to the sea and dived at 10 meters with the watch and it's ok!!!
  13. Interesting point, this morning I went to visit my watch repairer and I asked him to test the watch with the pressure machine and the result was good. The machine can only test the watch with a pressure of 3ATM ie 30 meters. That means we can dive with it (I never go deeper than 10m because my ears hurts...)
  14. how are going to do to have cases with the correct tube emplacement?
  15. The lume is on hands and on numbers. It is surely the same used on the white dial version. I have a small wrist, the folding buckle is at the before the last hole and the buckle doesn't hurt my wrist. I an not saying that black dial version is better than white dial, I will just say that I chose it because there is according to me a better color harmony between the black of the band, the black of the bezel and the black of the dial and, the grey of the sub-dials with the grey of the case. I think that the white dial doesn't find this harmony, break the design and gives the impression the watch is bigger (whereas it doesn't need to...) Sorry, my camera is not good enough to take a good lume shoot, but trust me it is good!!!
  16. For the moment, I am so happy it's as if I was drunk but I have never anderstood that shiny thing, I don't think it is, it's very light grey, it looks great, in no way it looks cheap. They did a very great job!!!
  17. This watch is amasing. I love it, I have it on my wrist and I haven't been that exited having a rep!!! It's perfect, don't care about the flaws. If you hesitate, just buy it, you won't regret it!!! Moreover, there is lume, it's not flashing lights but it's more than ok
  18. My AP ROO is home...alone because I am at work, I think I'll go home earlier today. I will shoot my watch as soon as I am home, is there a platinium member to who I can send the pics for he can present them properly because if I send them by myself that will be little pics and I know that's boring to click on them to enlarge...
  19. Depends on the year production I think. I have just had a look at AP web site and the font is the same as on the reps and it seems also that the date window is silvered on the white dial rubberclad AP ROO... They will drive us crazy...
  20. I ordered a black one with date window fix. It has landed in my country, I should receive it tomorrow... I can't wait and can't help tracking it even if it doesn't change a lot... I will take some pics as I haven't seen a review yet.
