I'm no expert but I really like my vintage EXP I. The older ones have a slower beat than the modern ones so it actually makes an Asian mov't a more accurate rep
I had mine relumed and installed a rivet bracelet. It makes a greal little beater with a real "no-nonsense military" vibe
I just wanted to add that the rivet bracelet from Silix has solid center links which, while not as accurate, make the watch feel more substantial.

I have a BOB caramel sportivo (I think) It's supposed to be waterproof although I've never tried it out
It's a really nice strap.

Started the day wearing an EXP I and changed to a 127. Talk about a difference
Another thing about PAMs are the straps. Lotta folks get off on changing straps...

OK 6105. I always get the numbers mixed up That's the one with the "stoplight" seconds isn't it?
Love those Seikos!

Nothing that special but she's one of my favorites from '69 with a bitchin' big dome!
I'm sure it was really water resistant at one time but it doesn't have a screw down crown

The 6309-7290 would be from 1987 (if the first digit of the serial number is a 7, the second would be the month of production). The 7290's were made at the end of the 6309's run and used the same case as the next model, the date only 7002. These cases look very similar to the newer 007 style divers with the difference being the crown is at 4:00 instead of 3:40.
Here's a few of mine in rough chronological order (only the ones I've had since I bought a digicam)
Love those Seikos
I'd love to have a 6309 (I think) That's the watch Martin Sheen wore in "Apocalypse Now"

I saw that
Price is right too!

I sure would like to see a rep of one. Seems like it would be a natural for a 7750...
The broadarrows are cool but a traditional speedy would be nice.

I remember seeing them some time ago but can't remember who had them.

Super work rob
I keep checking the mail for the EXP you did for me. Man I hate the wait...

Got some of Zigs Mojo on the way. Man, I hate the waiting...

Looks good Joe! How did you go about making the second hand?

Ditto that. Fakes come up pretty often on ebay with gen mov'ts.

@Oswald
I gave mine hell to the point the domed glass was delaminated across the face... you could see "ferns" and "seashells" within the glass where I crushed it, but didn't *quite* break it.
Bet it still runs!

I'd love to see a Speedmaster reduced with a 7750.
