I cracked the crystal in my Narika 1016. I ordered a Clark's T-22, but it was to small. I ordered a T-19, but that's to small as well. What's the next size up?
I bought it on the forum so I dont know for sure the dealer. I had to shave the insides of the clarks crystal and apply pressure for it to pop on. I'm wondering if I need a diff size crystal. I was given info that on my 1016 I need the T19 rather than the T22 the gen takes so I thought the 1680 might be the same way.
I purchased a Clarks 127 and it took some shaving to get it on. Since most of the gen parts wont fit reps does anyone have an idea of an easier to install crystal than a tropic 127 for a 1680?
thanks in advance
I've searched, but cant seem to find. So as I have read and learned in many cases the gen part won't fit the rep. Take crystals for example,a gen may use a T22, but the rep would only except a T19. Is there a reference on here somewhere that users have created that list "I tried X part on X rep and it fits" so that all don't have to learn the hard way?
thanks
I dont have a hand puller so what aging can be done to the hands and dials if any without removing the hands from the dial? It was suggested to me to use water color paints.
And because Pulp Fiction is my favorite movie and these two one liners have not been mentioned I thought Id add them
"Check out the big brain on Brad"
"Bacon tastes good"
