So I am turning 25 tomorrow so had an early party today. I just wanted to share what my considerate boss got me! A book called, roughly translated "1001 watches - from 1925 untill present time". I am already 50 pages on to this! Hopping back in the couch now to keep reading! So far i can higly recomend it. Fantastic photos of all kinds of watches and very interesting writing. Hope the rest of the book keep the same level as the first 50 pages.

This question is far from trivial, atleast in my mind haha. So for unserviced asian movements it might be best to aviod winders?

Is a watchwinder good or bad for the watch? My first thought is that it might casue unnecessary wear on the movement? Especially on the Asian movements most of us have in our reps. Facts and feedback on this would be very appriciated. Im considering whether to buy a watchbox or a winder.

The wait really is hard when you have something nice coming in the mail! Okay, i think i have found the absolute perfect every day watch for me. that is not to flashy but still very nice looking. A Royal Oak Offshore Diver Project X "Black-Out" with a leather strap from Montauk Highway. Guess he punched up hte holesize in the leather strap since it is make for the deployment clasp. Anyways, it looks extremely sharp in my eyes! (not my picture) found it somewhere while digging deep in a show off your AP watch thread on RWI. (The watch on the right.)

I already had a look at your sig Im looking for one that is not that shiny, Brushed finish, SS or black maybe. But i really like the numbers on the dail of the one i have so would prefer one with a similiar dail. Any ideas? To clarify not so shiny (the one i have looks like a piece of fine jewelery wich i really love, but its not suited for everday use with the line of work i have). Don't want to look to sucessful to the customers in the store

More to come for sure. I just love the feel of the hublot on the wrist so there is a big chance I'll order another hublot thats not that flashy for every day use. And a big thanks to Torobravo for the smooth and fast delivery! Ordered the hublot 21th november and the pam 27th and recieved both yesterday. EMS apperantly decieded that the plane to sweden needed a little more packages before taking off so they ended up on the same plane

So here are my first two reps that arrived in the mail today. I couldn't be happier! One Hublot BB RG/CF Ceramic Bezel and a Pam 186. I have a feeling this will become an expensive hobby, haha

Hello! Found this site after RWI went down and this seems like a nice second home to have. I'm a noob and my first two reps from toro are in the mail and should arrive any day now. Anyways, I'll keep lurking around for now!
