I know a 192 has a smaller diameter stem from the regular 6497 stem. Not sure if the automatic one would work though.

Trusty has a decent looking 164, but the lume looks weak. Any other alternatives? The Gen is looking too tempting to me, so I need to find a near equivalent fast.

TWP, I purchased this exact watch from the person you sold it to. He advertised it as having a Swiss Movement in it. I've showed it to others who are more knowledgeable than myself and they say Excellent Asian movement but not Swiss.
