The thing that has played on my mind through all this is 'What about the homeless?' These are people the authorities have no records of, people that would sleep in places like subways and underground carparks and because of this they are people that can disappear without being added to the death toll. As we all know the East Coast of America is about to take a serious buffeting by Hurricane Sandy. This will most likely affect 3 of our team members but more to the point is that one of them stated if members are currently in any kind of transaction with another on the East Coast then it is quite possible that they may lose contact for 1 to 2 weeks.
