Cool!   My LMPO appears to be in the hands of my local post office as well!   I'm guessing it'll be in my hands in a few hours.

@dusk --- This will be my 8th REP to go along with a GEN Breitling Chrono Evo.   I've already got my eye on a BlackSteel Super Avenger from Toro.   Not sure how long I can hold off ordering it!   My wife thought I was nuts until I got her a gorgeous Hublot Big Bang (Rose gold on a white strap).   Nor she's hooked too!!!!

Cheers mate, it had a brief holiday in Frankfurt Germany and now is with the mailman for a pre 2pm drop.

USPS tracking is notoriously bad.   Shipments rarely get lost, but trying to get information is a complete farce, more often than not.   You may well get it delivered without the tracking system ever updating!

The perception of exclusivity allows the Rolex's of the world to apply huge mark-ups to their product.   As many have said in here, Rolex makes a wonderful $500 watch.   There's nothing that "stands out" to make any SS Rolex worth $5,000+.    However, the fact that the name oozes exclusiveness and big $$$$$ self supports those crazy mark-ups.   $10k+ for a DSSD?   Really?   The masses would look at that watch an NEVER understand how it could approach that value.

Solid Gold and real gemstones actually do affect value, but for the more standard offerings from the luxury brands........   It's all perception.

Have your responded to the TD yet?   Remember you only have 24hrs and then they will assume approval and ship it!!!

I'd like one of these for my collection and PT says they will be back in stock for mid June. I read that these take a year to produce (I read that I don't know if it's true!) on that basis I'm worried that this next batch may have been quickly assembled to meet demand.

Should I be concerned?
