I feel terrible about this since I was the seller. I have taken what I feel are necessary steps as a responsible person and contacted Spin myself. Spinmaster has agreed to honor the request for a new dial and to stand behind his watch; making sure the customer is happy. I will wait to here from auman20 as to how to proceed. Thank you, vlydog

I was the original buyer from Spinmaster. I had sent him pictures of tmg's 6263 for reference so that spin could build me the same. I even requested that he take special care in selecting the parts he used for the build. I don't have a loupe so detailed, close-up images were not an option for me.
