So I got my first rep Breitling Navitimer World. I was going to do a review on it and the seller, but it's not working. I followed the instructions on how to wind it and use the watch and did so. It worked for a few hours. Then when I got home today I noticed it wasn't running. I tried winding it a bit more and still nothing. I emailed the seller, but don't expect him to respond instantly and I'm excited to wear the watch so I thought I'd the fine folks here. Thanks.

I found the watch, kind of. Correct one and size, but wrong color, but I'm going to get it anyway until the blue comes out. What do you guys think, Yellow or Black? I've got some scuff marks on my SS bracelet and would like any advice how to buff these to match the rest of the band. Pic below. Note: I'm a machinist and have buffing supplies, but would like specific advice on doing this on a watch bracelet. I'm just worried I'll have to buff the entire thing. I mean is there some magic polish out there that I can hand apply to buff this out?

@Kernow, really? Seems like they only carry the smaller version and Seamaster Planet Ocean. I like the Seamaster Pro. Can you provide a link to any TD that you know of that carries the larger version? Thanks.

I emailed 'the boys' they don't make that model. So I think I'll go with one of these. The problem is I can find the chorono in the size I want but it's a planet ocean. Ok so I'm having trouble finding the model I want on Trusty Time or Perfect Clones, I'll try Pure Time and Toro's sites after posting this. If anyone knows if they make this particular model I'd appreciate it. Oh, and I want an automatic. WOW, that's heavy. I think I have to go the bigger one, I think it's 44.5mm. The 41mm is bit small for my wrists, plus I like the bigger watches. Here are some wristies. They're not great, but the best I could do in a store without looking weird.

Ok so I'm yet to received my first rep watch. It's on it's way, excited to say the least. I ordered a Navitimer World white face from Trusty Time. I plan on getting a few different Navitimers. Always loved them. I might want to put on an original leather band or nice aftermarket. Where do I find specs for the type of band that will fit the watch, so I can start searching ebay? As I said to fit Navitimer, I've seen around the forums that it's 22mm. Is this what I want to look for?

@GenTLe, thanks for the suggestions. I wanted this one because of the white face and because of the larger case size, I gots big handz. I've already confirmed QC pics and have a tracking number from Andrew. I got lucky, next time (oh yes there will be a next time, as long as the watch looks at good as the ones posted here, and there'll be a third and fourth time.) I'll email first. Communication was excellent; does that guy ever sleep ;-). One of the ones you linked to will be my next purchase, I'm addicted to Breitlings. I did read your 'ten commandments' very informative, thanks. How could you tell about the AR coating? @BreitLuc are you a dealer? Do you have any reviews on here? A website?

So i've always been a watch guy. Used to collect pocket watches. Have lots of old wrist watches. But now i'm getting into the nicer stuff. Never wanted to pay for the real thing. I mean my phone keeps perfect time. So it's the look I'm after. So i found this site. Freakin' awesome. Did some reading, and more reading. Got the answers I was looking for and just this second, no pun intended, ordered my first. Trusty Time Breitling Navitimer World GMT SS White Asia 7750. Super excited. Now I have to say I only want a rep that looks good, that should have been prefaced with that I'm a machinist. So my standards are high, but not as high as you think. I mean it's a rep. BUT DAM the pics of watches that people post here look freakin' amazing. Anywho, that's my story. I'll post pics once I get it.
