Hi there! Beautiful work! I ever owned a gen and this is really close to it as far as I can tell! May I know what do you mean when you change the "L" to "T"? You mean a complete change of dial? And may I ask how much did you paid everything for? Wonderful watch and wear it in good health!

Looks good! I like the improved SWISS MADE and this is very close to the gen. The only two "flaws" (difference actually) I can see is: 1) white fonts 2) too greenish lume due to pure C3 SLN used. (a mix of a higher content of C1 would be better) Well, both can be fixed if you are willing to do it!

Hi again Tourbillion! (seems like its just you and me here! LOL) Yes, I would love to get a new watch but Davidsen is out of the 127 fiddy and Angus has not revert back to me with the Arktos! ARGH!!! I think I need better luck isn't it? Hence I thought of trying out with the trade forum... I don't even paying a slight premium for the Davidsen's Fiddy or Angus's Arktos! LOL

LOL... To tell you the truth... I own a gen... :-p I dare to wager with anyone here, the gen for the 111 (H series onwards, meaning those 111 with sandwiched dial) has off white fonts! Dare to take any challenges anyone? LOL

Hello Tourbillion, I think you misunderstood what I meant! LOL (due to my stupid title... apologies!) I mean to ask for opinions for the two watches! And yes! I want to get both! And I want to do a WTB! As I cannot access to the trade forum.... :-(

But the hardest thing to modify is the incorrect font colors for the 111. The gen fonts is off-white and the rep is pure white. I wonder why did they do this? Since the Fiddy was the correct color, and the Radiomir is right too... Strange...

Definitely minor as you didn't drop it or "expose" it to any dangerous stunts! My guess: 1) Most likely is that one tiny weenie speck of dust may have gotten into the movement and caused it to stop 2) The other would be, the second hand is pressed too deeply onto the dial and this caused much friction to make the movement move freely; this happened to me once, or even dial is not pressed onto the movement properly and hence the second hand has too little space to move properly Well, in any case, hope you fix your watch up nicely and all the best!

I agree with everyone here... It looks simply great! However it will fit the Fiddy better or 217 or the more vintage looking models. Thanks for showing us and wear that in good health!

(LOL) I would like to hear from advises from people who have purchased the Ultimate Fiddy from Davidsen (hes the man!) and also the Arktos (from other sources). Also, looking for people who might want a lighter wrist but slightly heavier wallet! LOL! Thanks for helping in advance!

I am hunting for the illusive (at least I thought soooo) Pam Ultimate Fiddy modded and sold by Davidsen (the man!)! Is there anyone who might have bought his?
