He accepted my offer, shipping to the UK is a 7.50 so that's 77.50 total. That makes me happy
Now I need to get a tool so I can remove the strap.
-
Yes, that looks nice. I offered 50, got an automatic decline, I offered 60, got an automatic decline, I offered 70 and the offer was "Sent to the Seller".
So I guess I'll find out in a while whether he's accepted it or not.

I actually think it's a fair point. If one has never seen a deployant clasp before it can seem a bit strange working out how to undo it. The little sticky out bits aren't obviously release buttons because once the bracelet is closed they're firm.
So don't be quite so harsh on the OP.

I'll probably be up for something if we do this, not sure what yet though!

This watch is no more...
It has ceased to be

I would love to see this come to the UK....

I really hate the idea of frozen dials, I would never, ever buy a rep which has them.
But I'm not a fan of chronos anyway, so not much chance of me doing that.

It's actually a very nice watch, the green contrasts with the black very well.
I think it was a limited edition for an anniversary.

If you send him some money, I reckon it's a good bet

Thanks, Bazz - I've never played around with levels like that before and it makes a lot of difference.
As I said - Must get a stand of some kind.
-
Yeah, I need to get a stand of some kind to hold the tickers as I photograph them.

Faber, 24mm is too big, I think I need 22mm.
Good links there, thanks people.

I bought a Big Pilot from Narikaa, great service, quick and very informative in emails.
However, although I like the watch, the strap really isn't up to much so I want to replace it.
I'd like one of the same style, I assume that the only way to get the existing one off the watch is to cut it off, but what about fitting another one with the rivets, how does that work?
Plus, where can I get a replacement leather strap in the same style? I don't want to be paying lots of money for a top of the range, very expensive jobbie but I do need to replace this one. Paying by pp is an absolute essential.
Any recommendations?

Yup, it's good for me.

Grrr, bloody fussy wimmmmin. No joy so far. I think it'll just be a timex from argos the way she's going!

PM sent as above.

Nah, that would have confused him even more. I told him anticlockwise.
