Hi, my father gave me when I had my 18th birthday dis breitling datora that he bought in 1972 or 73. I decided to take some pics of the movement to share with you,,,it needs some restauration work as it has been without use for a couple of years now....I've sent it to breitling to evaluate how much the restauration would be including cleaning, etc...well put it as new and the cost is around 650eur so I haven't done it yet....but I hope to do it soon...this to say that the movement is aged and looks like that... Also I'm a newbie regarding watch fotography, so forgive me if the pics are not the best qual:) anyways, hope you like it... cheers

Well, I just got here, and I bought it before knowing anything about this site in any case it wasn't too expensive 118eur, though I do think I could get it cheaper around here, but hey...live and learn right? Thks for the imput Actually I must confess that I didn't know alain silberstein work until recently, and I must say that I fell in love. If not to wear all the models, I do think they are great collection pieces....If you have the money In any case, I do love this model, and I decided to get it even though I never saw the original, I'll post a review of how it goes when I get it Cheers, and again, thks

Hi, How're you? Just droping by to say Hi:) I'm from portugal and a huge watch fan, but don't have exactly the money to buy all the watches that I would like... Sooo....Replicas are the next good thing, only recently I've started to look at replicas with respect...allways thought of them as cheap counterfeit, but after reading some more, I can now see that there are good watches in replicas....
