The Chrono Avenger is equipped with the caliber 13 movement which looks like this. So I don't believe that's a genuine rotor.. or maybe the 2006 model?
Just adjust the lever as indicated on the pic. For regulating seconds just give it a slight tab. If you c the lever move you've overdone it. For regulating minutes it's okay to c the lever move a little bit.
Use tryle and error to get it right....
Try a copper polish. I use 'Hagerty' copper polish (available at Makro for example). Use a swirly motion to polish (in circles). You could also use some 'displex' which is used to remove scratches from mobile phone displays (available at Belcompany).
The glass has to mineral based.. sapphire is too hard to polish.
Just forget it! In the end you'll probably do more harm than good. In order to get the insert out without any damage to it you'll need to pop off the entire bezel.
Dents, scuffs and scratches are very common after bezel removal if you've never done it before.
If you love your watch forget it or practice on an old cheap one....
If you are used to the Swiss ETA movements you will be disappointed by the Asian ones. Fact. But it doesn't matter because you can easily sell it with a couple of bucks profit @ marktplaats .......
