To my eyes, the 21j 21600bph is very noticeable and a big "tell".

My SMP Chrono now has a stripped crown tube, and the crown will no longer tighten to the case. Anyone know of a fix for this? TIA!

Tachometer is wrong - here's a gen off the Chopard site that says TACHYMETER Link Edit - I think I'm wrong - looks like the Chopard factory did in fact screw up and put TACHOMETER on some of the MM GMTs.

I haven't seen any good ones at all. I like the brand too, but I guess they're not mainstream enough for the repmakers to bother with.

I just received the beautiful silver dial 6265 Daytona he offered for his freebie friday competition. Sorry, no pics yet, but very soon after I get a strap for it. I really don't think my pics would do this watch any justice. I can't wait to get it on my wrist. Again, thanks to ubiquitous for his generosity!

It may bother you, but the truth is that nobody will notice. Just wear the watch as is until something goes wrong with it, then have The Zigmeister service it and correct anything that bothers you.

I wish there were 100% accurate (except movement of course) reps. Every model has some kind of flaw.

There's a PAM dealer in Palo Alto (Stanford Shopping Center) called Shreve Co, but I doubt they give any discounts for PAMs. Omegas go for at least 25% off MSRP at the asian stores - check Milpitas Square just a few miles south of Fremont.

There seem to be 2 different watches in the pictures. One says automatic, the other says co-axial, but the biggest difference is the bracelet.

I saw a post here where SQL_PL got a very good Patek 24 from River, but since River is gone, does anyone else carry it? The one on Josh's site looks to have a brushed instead of polished bracelet, and Andrew's has the diamonds on the case spaced too far apart.

Move it away from the lever where the spring ends to make it faster, and toward the lever where the spring ends to make it slower.

I think it's because the Asian 7750's hands don't fit on the Valjoux 7750.
