Thanks juyaku! Yap you are right! I recently got my first replica from my local dealer than come across and discover this great site. Now already planning for my next two watches...very very tempting man! Haha in fact I have too many in mind have to narrow down my selection!

Hi first of all Pugwash thanks for the reply and assurance! Wow with 20+ replicas, it's indeed addictive! I remember reading in a thread about watch movements for new hobbyists. It mentioned that for asia 7750 though it's automatic it's ok to wind it. I just want to confirm this so that I can wind my watch with ease as I don't want to end up with spoilt watches and have to send back for servicing etc. Thanks.

Hi dear all, I'm reading through the forum and understand some people are concern about the seconds subdial at 6 o'clock position for the Daytona series. What actually is the problem? Are the newer Daytonas also facing such issues or resolved already? Or can this seconds subdial be turned off so that just the hour and minute hands are moving? Thanks.

Oops sorry type wrongly, I don't mean you babola. I was referring to unija bass and his new PAM89. Asking him if the lume is good or not. By the way, does PAM89 come in blue dial version as I saw quite a number selling PAM89 with the blue dial?

I can't deny this replica watch 'thing' is indeed addictive! I'm new into this and I think most of you all will easily have more than one piece of replica. I'm very curious, I have some questions hope you all could enlighten me. Take for example, if you have more than one piece of those replicas (could be certain Panerai models or certain Breilting models or Daytona models etc) running on old asia 7750 or the new asia 7750 movements. You can't possibily be wearing them everyday, most probably some you will wear more often than the others. And all these are automatic movements. So if you don't wear than often will these movements run into problems? Or how do you all maintain them? Put them in auto watch winders? Or when you want to wear them, you just wind the watch before wearing? And may I know are the new asia 7750 movements reliable? Thank you! Looking to hear and learn from you all!

Wow nice watch there! Sad to say mine the marker at 9 o'clock is not there and the first letter 'A' one of the legs is shorter than the other. Tempting to get this one man! By the way babola, you were saying the lume is good, any pictures to show us the glow? Or let's say after u turned off the lights in dark, does the watch glow brightly and how long does it glow before it fades off? Thanks.

Hi may I know did anyone order watches from Joshua or Andrew and choose to pay by credit cards? How safe is the system & is it recommended? Or how do you all pay for your watches? Thanks.

Thanks for sharing stan! And b16a2, any chance for you to pm me who you got your two tone navitimer from and the price? Haha the two tone model is also one of my favorite and I'm aiming at it! By the way does the gold plating fade off after some time? And Red Baron don't worry about hijacking of thread, I'm also learning from all of you. Lastly, any Breitling fans from Singapore?
-
Oic that's great finally found some Panerai fans from Singapore too! Hope you all don't mind me asking some questions. Do you all get your Panerai replicas from the dealers here or from some of the local dealers in Singapore? Any more members from Singapore? By the way I just asked a dealer he said certain dials for example GMT etc cannot be relumed. Is that true? Or it's too difficult to do so compared to those sandwiched dials?
-
Thanks pal. Yap will be signing up as a paid member since it has more features and access.
-
Thanks for the feedback pals! Keep them coming in so that I can learn more from all of you. By the way can anyone pm me davidsen's contact/site info too? Thanks.
-
Ok back to the Navitimer. I was browsing through and realised there are easily 20 different models or more of the Navitimer to choose from...tough choice man! Any recommendations on who to get from so that I won't end having a lousy piece or worst still paying up and never receive the watch? Thanks.
-
Oops missed out one question. Is it true only those with sandwich dials then can play with the luminosity so that it can be made to be more intense like using C3 etc whereas the rest of the models its not possible to do so?
-
Hi dear all, I have come across PAM111H and PAM111G in this site. May I know exactly how many versions of PAM111 are there? And what's their difference? And which is so far a better replica? Thanks. By the way any Panerai fans from Singapore in this forum?
-
Thanks ken. So does most Panerai replica come in asia movement or swiss movement? And how reliable is the asia movements? Do they break down easily or will they last a few good years? Or do they often need maintenance? Thanks.
-
Dear all I have another question. Does most/all the Panerai replicas come from the same factory?
-
Haha quite true well said! Can like have 2 pieces of asia movement instead of just a swiss piece plus the fact the replica standard is getting better and better. Well, just curious how accurate are the slide rules on these replicas? Anything to watch out for? Thanks.
-
Hi scoobs1971 thanks for sharing! For gen Panerais the glow is pretty bright when in darkness and it doesn't fade off immediately. I understand mine is a replica but the lume is definitely not those SL and it doesn't really glow at all. By the way do you have any pictures of your PAM 89 and 111H, would like to take a look at the glow and compare if mine is normal or not for replica standard. And you were saying Ferrari Pams and the PAM050 are the best among the replicas, is the luminosity of their glow also good? And thanks for welcoming me onboard too! Guess I have a lot to learn from all of you!
-
Thanks pal! So does those with sub dials at 12 9 6 o'clock position generally mean they are swiss version and of better quality?
-
Hi when u mentioned about very expensive for those sub dials at 12 9 6 o'clock position, what's the price range like? I saw some with sub dials at 9 6 3 o'clock positions, are they inferior in any ways? So I guess most comes with asia movement...
-
Thanks pal! That's a useful piece of info. I didn't know all the Navitimers come from the same factory. Ok will also look into upgrading of the membership. In the meantime, any idea do these replicas come in asia movement or any swiss movement ones? Thanks.

Hi thanks for the welcome. Ok I will spend some time to do my homework when I'm available. I'm busy with work at the moment that's why thought of asking around from fellow members here for some opinions.
