  1. Hello,

So I need a Jubilee for my 16710 build, and have a question about the endlinks. I was in contact with Rochest at WI, and he was saying that he only has the vintage one. I dont think that that one will work? So I think that I need 502 endlinks, and was wondering if anyone has used the WSO ones? They are cheap, and figured that they would work regardless of the bracelet. Any thoughts are appreciated.

    Thanks

  2. Well after ZK snatched up DW's 7032, and the flipped it to Woof, now I'm on the hunt. So I checked eBay, and it is a little lacking right now for 7734's. So does anyone have any insight as to where to get one? I'm not really looking into the $500 range, closer to $300.

    Thanks in advance

  3. Similar thing happened to me a few years ago. Used my credit card with a TD, and was signed up for all kinds of crap. Ended up being about $250 bucks. Luckily, my bank took care of it, because nothing matched my spending history. Now everything is done with PayPal if possible.

  4. So I've decided tonight over dinner, that I will probably once again consolidate my collection to one of each of the Rolex models. So currently I have a MBK 1680 and a TC 16610. One has to go. So the choice is sell the TC and keep the 1680 and send it out for lume, etc. Or do it the other way. But I've decided that my collection will be as follows to cover all bases:

Jackjo SSDv2 with the works( this one won't leave the stable)

    A Sub

    A Tudor Sub

A GMT (My MBK that I'm in the process of putting together)

    A 7032

I figure that with this I can cover just about any base, and be very content.

So back to my original question, a 1680 or 16610?

    Thanks Guys

  5. Looks good, but the bracelet serial # is incorrect.

Does it have a gen style bezel assembly?

Could you please measure the thikness of the case?

    Thanks

Yeah I know that the bracelet is wrong, so are the endlinks, I'm ok with it, because I would rather a jubilee, so It will be up for trade or sale soon. As for the bezel, I am not sure, and would rather not take it apart, but I can ask while it is away, and get an answer when it comes back. As for the thickness, I put the comparison shots up.

  6. Here are the comparison shots of the 2. The Coke is the Explorer II.

The case back on this one isn't flat, but then again neither is the on on the explorer.

I just got notice today that my movement is sitting at the post office, so now I'm just waiting on the DWO, and then everything is off for assembly, case softening, and possibly lume. But...what does everyone think. I think it looks pretty good, but just needs the flat case back.

    Thanks in advance

  7. Has anyone looked at DW's new 7032? I don't know a lot about the 7032, but its next on the list. After the GMT and a 9411. ;)

For the price it seems pretty reasonable compared to Phong. So what does everyone think?

    Thanks in advance

  8. That's the MBW kit? The dial is pretty good. That's the hardest part to source right now, I wonder if they'd sell it separately.

Yup, via Reg. I'm not sure. I wanted a complete watch, but they don't sell it anymore because the 2893 is so much money. So they sell the kit as a complete watch minus the movement. The writing on the dial is very crisp, and as you can see its very glossy. The dw cutout is done well also.
