  1. Amazingly beautiful! Wear it well!
  2. Holy... Wow...that is awesome... I want one!!
  3. Just a heads up... I ended up returning my gen SMP to Tourneau for the full 3K and change refund because it was sent to Omega (get this) 5 F**king times and each time it came back, the crown / tube threads were stripped. It was sent to the NJ repair center once and back to Switzerland (I have this documented) 4 TIMES and still had the screwed up crown... depressing stuff... I'm not sure as to what Omega's deal is but...watch out with those parts! Bump for info since I don't know the proper part number but I'm sure someone here does...
  4. What a beauty! Enjoy!!
  5. Wow...insane!
  6. It's despicable on the seller's part but I do understand Fakemaster's point...after all, many of us were here due to our own ignorance on the subject of watches, non?

  12. Yeah sorry I was going for the simplest explanation..didn't work so well I see... I'd say doc savage's definition is the most accurate.
  13. "It's a dud" in this context means "false alarm"
  14. I guess what everyone is trying to say is ... No. Do not buy it.
  15. I know if you purchase a high quality brand like Orbita you can set the TPD (turns per day). If you go to their website, they have a great table that shows watch manufacturer, movement, TPD, and turn direction (Clockwise, CCW, or CW/CCW)... My Rolexes (Two datejusts and a submariner are CW/CCW and I use the 650 TPD setting.. I've never had an issue. If you're looking for ETA settings, I've always used the rec. settings for Rado since they seem to use the ETA 2824 for many of their movements.
  16. Huh...that's cool! Nice find Offshore.
  17. I think Andrew (Trustytime/trustywatchguy) has Burbury quartz fairly cheap...
  18. Neil talks trash about everyone here on RG so why invite him back? He's obviously fine at RG, let's just leave him there. Too many websites open and his eyes will start hurting again he won't deliver 500 watches.
  19. Wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
  20. I'm of the same opinion as Chronus and Corgi but I'm also a pessimist... hopefully the majority of these movements will run trouble free like most of the seconds at 3 I've owned! Awesome review F!
  21. Hollllllllly [censored]... Can we rep it?
  22. No offense but if China could pull off 1:1 copies of complex dials...we'd had fewer posts on these boards...
  23. Sidenote...Jott for the iPhone is pretty cool...so is Cro Mag racing, Bloomberg, and remote. Super Monkey Ball is alright, not worth the money and AIM is buggy as all hell...
