  1. The caseset is for a 240. I could be wrong but I think the 89 and 240 use the same caseset.
  2. Yea, I got my hands on it a few months ago. I was kind of "PAMED" out and was seriously considering on selling the caseset. But I think I'm getting my juices flowing again.
  3. Hey J- fancy meeting you here. Yep I'm 90% on building an 89!
  4. not sure I understand the question.... I sourced it from a PAM collector.
  5. Guys, This is sitting in around in my parts box and am not sure what to do with it. I'm really not sure what to do with it. I've even contemplated selling it. Genuine TI case, Gen TI bezel, Genuine CG (and screws), Genuine Caseback (caseback is a shadow for a Auto PAM) I'm leaning towards making an 89 (caseback would be wrong for it, but it wouldn't bother me at all). Taking suggestions!
  6. I've got a 239 sub coming in - movement is a A7750. I've always liked this watch but have never been a fan of the A7750 movement. Question - If I decide to swap the movement with a ETA 7750 - will the current hands work? Thanks in advance.
  7. Hi Guys, I love my fully modded Ingy and wanted to know if anyone had ever outfitted it with a genuine bracelet? If so - is there any modification needed? Also - do people think its a huge step up from the rep bracelet? thanks in advance.
  8. What a beauty!!!!! I'd love to get my hands on one of these.
  9. Thanks so much for the info sssurfer! It looks like if I want accuracy I'll have to wait it out and hope that someone sells 28A or 27A. There have been a couple of 27A that hit the market recently and I just missed on getting my hands on it. thanks again.
  10. Hi Everyone, Please help me choose my next project. I really want a PAM with a power reserve. My first choice is the PAM 27A but it proving very difficult to get one. In the meantime - I'd like to embark on another PAM project. One that has a power reserve. Ultimately I'd like one that as close the GEN as possible (will do the necessary mods). Can the PAM experts out there point me in the right direction? How's the PAM 90? The reps I've seen have the date pusher on the side which I don't think is correct. Thanks in advance for the advice!!!
  11. yep - I'm up for one - need inside AR coating for 1 crystal for my 188.
  12. Agreed. The Seiko MM 300 is fantantic. It may not have the bling factor of the Rolex but its at the same level as the gen Sub.
  13. I was wondering if anyone had news on a potential Super Big Pilot rep release?
  14. Here are a couple of pics of mine.....
  15. No problem.... So to make sure I got this right. I'll need to have the indices lume-filled and a satin varnish finish over it to make it look closer to the gen.
  16. Looking at the pics, his most current version has a sandwich dial.
  17. I've been thinking about taking the plunge on DSN's 5218 201a. Watch looks great but I'm a bit confused. Does the gen have a sandwich dial? Hoping the PAM experts here can answer this. thanks, Robert
  18. Just wanted to say hi to everyone! Robert
