What's the best place to buy this watch from?

I don't have lots of money to burn so am looking for the best bang for buck watch for around $400. Can someone also confirm this is a good seller and this watch is the V2? Thanks.

What is a rehault? I searched Wikipedia and Google but no results for it. Can you tell I'm a n00b yet? I'm really seriously considering buying this watch. To me it looks great but you experts can probably spot some big differences.

Being somewhat of a replica watch newbie I'd like some input about this issue from the replica experts. How long should a good quality replica last? For example, I'm seriously considering buying one of the Ultimate Panerai watches being sold on these forums for $250-400. Can I expect them to last at least a few years? The reason I ask is that a cheap genuine watch (say Guess etc) is priced around the same mark however I can be sure it will last at least 5 years with a battery change. The other issue is that the sellers are usually in China so repairing the watches can be a problem. Anyone care to weigh in on this?
