What he meant was that you will loose the warranty. Of course it can be changed I had mine changed to a high beat.

No need for this movement for the closed caseback models, too much cash. It's great for open caseback models.

My local watchsmith did it in less than an hour for both.

I had both movements on my 005K & 026K changed with this high beat A6497-2 Seagull movement, both running strong about 2 weeks now with +-7 sec/day and very quiet.

No, the new H-factory REPs come with the low beat A6497-1. Worst thing is that ticking is very noisy, I could hear it in the night.

Because the movement that comes from the H-factory is very noisy. A plus is the smooth swipping of the seconds hand too.

Correct, high beat A6497-2 from Seagull factory. H3 high cannon pinion set is included.
