I ordered 2 VSF Subs from TT back in June 2022. The second order arrived in 3 weeks after confirmation of payment. It was a very high quality VSF SS Sub that was shipped quickly and worked perfectly. The first order wasn't received until 6 weeks after payment and after numerous emails with Andrew and receiving a shipping confirmation that did not exist for nearly 5 weeks. Upon arrival, the first order which was supposed to be a VSF Sub, it had a movement that rattled like a baby's toy. There is no way this was a VSF quality Sub. After contacting Andrew a few times, sending pictures and videos of the rattling movement, he refused to return the item and would only "repair". If the item sent to me was a true VSF Sub that I paid a lot of money for, like the first item received, there would be no reason for a "repair". VSF quality is very very high which is why customers pay a lot of money for the VSF models. Be strongly caution from ordering any VSF models from Trusty Time and Andrew. You might not receive the item you ordered and paid the high dollars for when it arrives, months later.

Hi guys, I have a watch that Joshua from perfect clones told me to send back to him. I am in Canada so I know i am supposed to use Canada Post instead of UPS, FEDEX etc but I wanted to know if I could use their faster service. Like in the US i know USPS gives options for Regular, Priority or Express mail. Also how to I pack/package the watch? And what do i put as the description for what i am sending?

While not an original idea (Thank Mike on a Bike for that idea), I thought I'd create a fake watch repair invoice for people sending reps to countries with risky customs, or those who just wanna go to the extra effort of ensuring their replicas end up where they want it to end up. Instead of making your own one up, I made one for everyone to use. All you have to do is 1) Download the .docx file: http://www.filedropper.com/fakewatchrepairinvoice (I can upload it in another format if someone wishes) 2) Change the watch details and date. You can also change the particulars, cost, and even the name of your 'watch repair store' if you want 3) Print it out 4) Place it with the rep you're sending 5) Declare on your customs deceleration form something like 'Repaired timepiece' or something along the lines of that 6) Send it off I welcome any feedback, or if there are any flaws in my idea. Happy shipping guys

I sent a pkg from Dallas Tx, to Canada nov 27th. That evening it showed where it was posted and sent to sorting center. Since then there have been no updates. I went to the post office to ck why, and he said priority mail does not update untill it reaches Canadian customs. He said it takes between 6-10 working days, not including wekends, for that to happen, maybe longer. Has anyone else experienced slow shipping from the US to Canada. What should I expect

Hey all... I'm new to the forums but been buying for a while. I usually deal with perfectwatchez.co (previously perfectwatches.com). They have a great selection of watches but not the dssd I was looking for. I found Watcheden through this forum and other forums as a trusted seller. So two weeks ago I decided to buy their Swiss movement ultimate version dssd. Had a couple problems with my cc but after a short call everything was set to go. A day later, the payment went through and I got my confirmation. A few days after that I received a tracking number with EMS shipping. Here's when my small problem starts... The shipping information has not changed since 6-4-12. It has a detailed time line from when the package was accepted all the way up to "despatch from sorting center in Shenzhen". Since then....nothing. In my previous orders it usually took 2-3 days for the item to reach Los Angeles and go in to customs. Has anybody out there had the same problem? What are the usual travel times for ems shipping from hong kong to Los Angeles? Does ems use air shipping and/or boat? Any input would be great...
