Real Wood for the IWC Cousteau 2006 Mode

The back cover of IWC Cousteau 2006 model has a piece of wood from the Calypso ship. In the rep, the factory has employed a sticker of no very good quality simulating wood. After watching a gen, the difference is quite noticeable.

It is not easy to find good pictures of the back of the 2006 Cousteau watch. I have found the following two pictures. One of them seems to be a picture of a prototype

Great tutorial. It is a huge improvement and not difficult to do. Here is another one done by RepAustria back in the day a couple of years ago.
