sander
I have bought the AP RBII from kool-watch because I would like to do some modding to the plate under the dial (yes with C
bertieng
This issue has been well discussed, and someone did actually made the top plate mod and sold the watch at a very high price. The job is not simple and it will involve a lot of machining and engravings plus additional parts. If you can do it is a big business from all the fellow memebers here owning the RBII. ubiquitous
sander- Not sure if this helps, but here is a dial side view of the DD module AP uses on the 2226 in all it's glory: Granted, it doesn't have the plate over the top that the RBII does... But maybe it will help answer some questions? I've circled some of the details that I thought you'd be interested in on the pic...

F1FAN
Is anyone offering this mod yet? This is by far my favorite watch in the box. I don't have the talent to mod but I would be willing to pay for it in a heartbeat!
t1mmy
Count me in if anyone can mod my RBII. Love the watch but the back dial lets it down..
F1FAN
Yup, it would be 1000% better... however I still wear it more than any of my other watches right now... I just got my custom AP Bands CF strap.... Pretty sick!
Neuuubeh
I dont think applying Cotes-De-Geneve isnt that hard if you take some time to make a decent, stable rig for it... then experiment with abrasive size and so on But damn this watch is really starting to grow on me
Jakob
Mr. Brown did it but went MIA with some members money. I bought one and it's pretty damn close.
