Can't say whether it's genuine or not...only a real watchmaker who works on these would know but it looks like either an ETA 2824 or 2836 or an Asian clone of the ETA 2824/2836.

It is gen or at least the balance assembly is. If the rest of the movement is clone, it would be the first time I have heard of them putting genuine balances on clones.
