RWG Technical Posted October 12, 2009 Author Report Posted October 12, 2009 R, were you using a 47mm case with this installment? I see above that you mention size 12 or 10. If one were looking for a movement to fit a PAM 127 case would these sizes be appropriate? Yes, they "should" fit fine with modifications, but there are many variations of movement design, the only way to know for sure, is to try it out as I did...
TK471 Posted October 11, 2010 Report Posted October 11, 2010 That movement is absolutely jaw-dropping. Wow, fantastic work!
HauteHippie Posted October 11, 2010 Report Posted October 11, 2010 Wow, that's beautiful. And I am very glad to see these threads starting to make a comeback!
valiandra Posted October 12, 2010 Report Posted October 12, 2010 dude, you are like elvis in rep PAM world's
RWG Technical Posted October 13, 2010 Author Report Posted October 13, 2010 I totally forgot about this post...thanks for the kind words. Glad to see that it hasn't gone out of style. I still have the watch, along with a few others I have done simliar to this one...this one will be put up for sale, it simply doesn't get enough wrist time from me, and shouldn't be sitting in my watchbox any longer.
Dizzy Posted October 19, 2010 Report Posted October 19, 2010 Absolutely awesome Rob!! It always amazes me what you guys can do on a lathe. I cant even see these parts because they are so tiny, and you are machining them and changing the diameter! Thats a beautiful watch, and I'm sure someone here would love to own it. cheers dizz
mellons Posted October 19, 2010 Report Posted October 19, 2010 wow every time i see this post bumped up i read it again and am amazed at this watch this is incredible work.
