crystal removal - tips or tutorial, please...

i am looking for information or a tutorial on removing/replacing a crystal on a PAM case...i don't have a crystal press, so am wondering if anyone can assist on doing this without one...and what the level of difficulty is?...advice, pitfalls, etc appreciated...

Hi R

Easy to remove, just carefully push the crystal with your thumbs from the inside of the case.

Really impossible to put back without a press due to the seal between the crystal and the case.

thanks...i am looking to do this on a PAM and a couple Breitling Navis...with both, it seems that a crystal press is definitely recommended for reinstallation...
