I think your prediction is true. 36 MM isn't that small at all, even pretty big, well big enough...for a watch. freddy333 Posted October 14, 2009 Report Share Posted October 14, 2009 I long ago came to the conclusion that a 1665 is the largest watch my 7" wrist can support without my looking too cartoonishly silly (& even that is pushing the envelope). There are times when even my GMT's colored bezel makes its 39mm of real estate look a bit oafish on my wrist (not enough to make me want to part with it though) To my eye, 36mm remains the sweet spot for a gentleman's watch if permanent style (over trendy fashion) is the goal Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
