jmb Posted October 17, 2009 Report Posted October 17, 2009 Yes, when you e-mail it goes into an automated system and attaches to a ticket which is then queued to somebody as best as I can figure out.

They have been amazing with contact until this time....and the support and pictures is amazing....just takes a long time for the product to arrive....hoping it is exactly how I want it....

Now staying in Bangkok until I go back to China on the 3rd or 4th, and I don't always have great Internet Access as we have to see several suppliers here in Bangkok.
