It glows, yes .. and at first it glows so strongly that I can read a book page in the dark by the light of my DSSDv5 which has been re-lumed. But after a while even real super lume fades to a dim glow. Does it last all night from a 5 minute charge? YES! You can easily read the dial after a whole night if you wake up before sunrise and look at your watch. Does even real super lume stay glowing like Chernobyl for hours? No, it doesn't. I hope you understand more about real super lume now ~ at first it has a powerful strong glow and then fades to a mellow glow that lasts all night.
