Instead of checking with me first, he went and bought about $800 worth of reps. Paid using Paypal. The sites' format and logos are a copy of Josh's, but is it part of the Cartel? Since there is Paypal involved, I don't believe that it is the Cartel. He has been in contact with the "seller", but has not had any Tracking or shipment confirmation. So now he's getting worried. He'd answer your email and advise faster than posting here. I would have. I suppose I will. But, sigh, as an aside; the connotation 'cartel' bothers me. In legal commerce there is a case, I guess, but here? In all these years the one common strain that really chaps my [censored] is; consumer advocates for illegal contrand.
