Who are Perfect2Clones.com?

One of my friends thought that he was ordering from the Cartel when he found this site. Instead of checking with me first, he went and bought about $800 worth of reps. Paid using Paypal.

The sites' format and logos are a copy of Josh's, but is it part of the Cartel?

Since there is Paypal involved, I don't believe that it is the Cartel.

He has been in contact with the "seller", but has not had any Tracking or shipment confirmation.

So now he's getting worried. What do you think I should tell him?

Id tell him to cancel his paypal transaction (file a dispute) right away, based on the fact that someone has copied Josh's site. Not to say that whoever this is won't deliver a watch, but I'm sure he's not going to get the same service that Josh would give.

Thanks for the heads up 'Importr'. That's nuts! Have you tried to contact Joshua? He'd answer your email and advise faster than posting here. I would have. I suppose I will.

But, sigh, as an aside; the connotation 'cartel' bothers me. In legal commerce there is a case, I guess, but here? In all these years the one common strain that really chaps my [censored] is; consumer advocates for illegal contrand. We're all crooks if you look at the thing. Kettle/pot, black. Whatever.

Apparently no mention of brands or description was made in the PP transaction, so maybe he can file a dispute. I'll tell him what was said and let him make the decision.
