bmedude Posted January 12, 2010 Report Share Posted January 12, 2010 I was feeling a bit bummed out all day because I thought I scratched my sapphire crystal on my DSN Fiddy. After trying multiple times to buff it out in the office with a microfiber cloth and some soapy water, I gave up all hope. My girlfriend who just happens to be a chemist suggested that I try some toothpaste and buff it. I didn't have much hope because I knew that sapphire isn't forgiving at all when it comes to a scratch. Lo and behold, what I thought was a scratch came right out! I used arm and hammer "pearl drops" tooth paste in case you were curious.
