Black Themes on Bracelet on 6.5" wrist

As the title says, is it feasible to pull off a Black Themes on Bracelet on 6.5" wrist? I read somewhere that says that one needs a 7 inch and above wrist.

I have i think 17cm around and a bracelet is to much for me on ROO.

I wear the ROO on leather/rubber straps, with a 6.5" wrist the steel bracelet is not really going to work....

as others above has said, the bracelet definitely isn't going to work with a 6.5" wrist
