Whos case is this?

I've seen this seller selling cases on ebay recently and was wondering who's the maker of these aftermarket cases? does anyone know? can you tell from the pics?

A very interesting case; especially for a 16800. $600 BIN sans bezel assembly or any other component may be a bit steep, especially considering that the case appears to need some work to bring it up to snuff (i.e. lugs look as though they need drilling to open up the springbar holes, lugs look a bit too chunky, etc).

No idea where this one originates from, however...

I saw that one the other day. I am not sure either. That guy has been selling some other items that I have questioned if they were gen as he said they were...i.e. crown, a movement, etc.

Maybe one of the other members might know this case better. The 16800 is what I am not use to seeing for use with a gen movement in aftermarket form.

I requested some pics and he sent me pics of a case stamped 16803.

And I see this type of case has been around before.... fake 16803 case on VRF

Nothing new to report I guess. I found myself again thinking about the origin of this case today as well.
