I have just received an MBW Safari on an SS bracelet, but would like a good strap.

Is there anything I need to be aware of before I go ahead and buy it?

And any inspirational pictures??

Dude....theres nothing out there for MBW ROOs! MBW case is not the same spec as the GEN, so you can't get it from anywhere! Your alternative is a special order......maybe from HKTAN!

Good Luck!

I've had no problems placing a Oracle strap on my AP ROO MBW watches. I just sold my one MBW with a kevlar Oracle strap on it using the deployment. I also have a carbon fiber and a hornback from Oracle too.

Thanks for this, guys.

Do you have a link to Oracle handy?

Oraclestraps.com seems to be down. perhaps he's not around anymore.

I agree that oracle fits the MBW watches perfectly.

I fear that may be the case. This has not worked for quite some time, so was hoping there was another link....

Thanks for this. Guess that is the remaining part of Oracle's activities???

Anyhow have decided for a hornback. It just looks so good.

But from where?

HKTan seems to have a good name, but how well will his strap fit?

MBK (narikaa) has a great hornback for $160 which aside from the painted edge - is as close to gen as I've seen: My MBK Safari:

Hope this helps

Unfortunately this was too good to be true.

Can the end links be reused on the MBW's steel bracelet to hold the strap? Thats the first thing to work out. If not try to source an MBW strap from one of our dealers, cheap rubber version maybe the easiest option you could post a WTB. Then I'd go for an HKTan Hornback they are really very good.
