jdkno
I am ordering a few things that I need so I figured I would throw one of thoes pads in that is used to re-finish a brushed SS finish. I noticed they sell them in fine, medium, and coarse. Anyone know which would be the best one to get??
lanikai
I would go with the med to fine.. more sheen in the finer finish..
ubiquitous
Ultimately depends on what watch you're planning on applying this finish to. Me, I'd say get all 3; you may find in some cases that you might only need fine or medium, but some applications may require a coarse finish. You may also find success in applying a coarse brushing first and smoothing out with the medium or fine.
jdkno
Thanks guys, I think I am going to go middle of the road here with the medium. If I need coarse I could always just apply more pressure to the medium pad...or go to automotive wet/dry sandpaper. For fine I should be able to play with the amount of pressure I use or use a polishing cloth to buff and get a finer effect.
