UPO - movement service

Hi,

I'm waiting for UPO (ETA 2824-2) to arrive and I would like to bring it to a watchmaker for a service check right away. Does anyone have a few tips what specific service works should be done to this movement? What needs to be checked, oiled, ...?

Hi!

I think every watchmaker or watchsmith on this planet knows how to service an ETA 2824-2... that's a very common standard movement.

Your watch-guy will know what to do!

It's not always easy to find a rep-friendly watchsmith. The Zigmeister is the resident expert watchsmith here. I don't think he's accepting any work until June. There are others who can service it for you, myself included.
