txcollector
Mate, we need more info than that. None of the current manual Cartel PAMs can be considered "best one to get". What are you looking for in a PAM? word of warning, there's a rumor (so far just a rumor) that a new batch of better looking PAMs are coming. So I'd wait a little. I also suggest you read reviews around the forum. There are many good looking Pams around, many that come up for sale (already modified) from trusted members. Davidsen is one of the best dealer for Pams around. I'd look at his watches first if you are looking for manual Pams. http://www.rwgforum.com/forum/72-davidsenjpn/
2crueal4u
ok! Thanks mate. As u clearly can see im a newby when it comes to pam. The link u provided was superb. txcollector
we all have to start somewhere As far as the new Pams, who knows? The factories are good to put teasers out and then months later something shows up. As a suggestion, I'd start with a closed caseback PAM like a 005 or 000. The finish on those rep movements are not very good.

2crueal4u
I bought this PAM 111H Now to the next question, Where and which strap does fit? Where to buy it from? Best regards
deniz21
no ar is fine on this watch..maybe you can upgrade it someday to a singel sided dsn crystal. but for the start this is very good. i would look at waccex bob straps great quality with low prices if you want to spend more money then go for heroic or strap coulture and you will be very happy
HeadToucha
The 111 is 24mn to the lug, so your can choose a 24/24( lug/buckle) or 24/22 strap. For Panerai you got tons of strap & strapmakers, like deniz said for example. It depends on the price and if you can wait until a strapmaker make you a custom one, you got some in the dealers list. 2crueal4u
OK! Thanks But I look @ josh site and there is not much straps. I also look @ puretimewatches and there is some straps?!? I will try to find one quick in EU, when my new baby arrives!
plaifender
The 005 logo is my pick as well!
HeadToucha
On RWG it's true you ain't got much strapmaker but i would not recommand you to buy a strap from a watch dealer (look verry cheap imo). But if you don't wanna spend 80$ or wait for a strap, look on ebay, "BOB" strap is ok for the price or site like: http://www.panatime.com/ http://www.thewatchprince.com/
tanya
You might want to try the strap section here in the trade section. Many good deals from many good members. In most instances preowned straps will be properly broken in and have a bit of character if they have been well cared for
2crueal4u
Thanks guys...just made som potential buys =)) How is it with waterreistance? Can I take a swim with my, soon to arrive, 111h ??? Best regards
redwatch
It's very hard to predict a rep watches water resistance. I would highly recommend you avoid the water with it until you can get it pressure tested from a "rep friendly" watch smith. A lot of dealers claim they are water resistant, but they don't check for themselves, so it's really hard to rely on that. Of course, if you plan to take the watch in the water, I would recommend the rubber strap that Rolexfinder is selling. Looks to be quite nice and it's a good cost. You can find it here
im2
Just for your info.. I had DIVED to 18m deep (twice) with my 111H bought from DSN . . . Of course i had previously tested it to a local watchsmith..
