dieselpower
Greetings to all, Not been a visitor for a while and for that I apologise. I also apologise for the simplicity of this question but have used the search to no avail. Ugh. I need a bezel insert for a Noobmariner 16610 Sub. I don't want to spend a fortune just a decent quality insert that is visually good with fairly accurate pearl. I would be most grateful if a knowledgeable member could point me in the right direction, or does anybody have a spare for sale? I intend to replace the insert myself and any hints on how to go about it would also be much appreciated. All the best to my friends here at RWG and I'll try not to be so much of a stranger in future. Dieselpower.
alligoat
The thing about a noobmariner is that the insert is just slightly smaller than a gen. So what I've done in the past is pop the pearl, enlarge the hole slightly w/ an X-acto knife and glue in a www.watchmaterial.com pearl for $10. Otherwise, you'll probably have to file the new insert down so it'll fit, which could be a lot of work and/or a PITA! BK pops the whole insert and files the back side so it sits lower in the bezel itself- that's fairly easy to do, nothing like trying to reduce the OD w/ a file. dieselpower
Used search facility and changed wording of request and found exactly what I needed instantly! Sorry for asking such a simple one and thanks alligoat for helping. I will order insert and pearl from watchmaterial and perform the necessary mod and keep my fingers crossed. Thanks again.
