hey,

i already bought it with the gen crystal. but as BK says, the watch can take gen crystals, bezel inserts and crowns without any modifications.

your brother's gf can be very lucky with this watch

There is just something about the Rolex genuine crystals that the aftermarket/rep crystals just can't get correct. thye have a brilliance and clarity that is lacking in all the others.

Giving my BK/WM9 YM a break while I wear a Explorer. The YM is by far my favorite watch. I might have to try to source a gen crystal.

Was there, did that and never got use to it

For me its to much ss over the watch everything melts toghter. Summer watch yes, girl watch yes... But the qualety is amazing!!!
