An AD can order one for you. Also Omega Boutiques (Omega flagship stores) do carry them. They are 50-60

Yes. I asked at the local Omega Boutique when I inquired about a certificate of authenticity for a gen Aqua Terra I bought without box and papers. They told me that in order to get one the watch had to be send to Biel/Bienne and that this process would be 80€. The new boxset was 50 or 60€ I'm not sure anymore. The boxset was the cheaper option however. I ended up buying neither, because I wasn't sure if I actually wanted to keep the AT (ended up selling it).

Ebay and other sources for things like that are normally totally overpriced. Usually it doesn't hurt to check with an AD first, they don't bite and can be very helpful.

wow...sorry to hear that man. that's one of my biggest fears being in this sort of hobby
