MJP Posted September 19, 2006 Report Posted September 19, 2006 (edited) This is probably old news to 99% of you but I found this picture of a gen 162. I was under the impression that whether it's a 196, 162, 250, TachyMETRE was just wrong. Do any dealers have a 162 that looks like this (with thinner dial numbers, Automatic Chrono type at 6, GRAY subdial BG)? BTW, the 196 is also correct in it's METRE spelling. METER is only on the 250. Also, if this thread is just too kindergarten for everyone, you can delete it. admins. Edited September 19, 2006 by MJP
ehtolcad Posted September 19, 2006 Report Posted September 19, 2006 to my knowledge the answer is no. there have only been the regular versions of the 188 and 196 followed by the pandas and now the 250/251's. afaik there hasn't been an accurate 162

shimside11 Posted September 20, 2006 Report Posted September 20, 2006 What's the difference between a tachymeter and a tachymetre.... The tachymetre's ego is bigger.
